Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli delivered a recorded speech on Sunday at the opening session of the seventh Egyptians Abroad Conference, held under the theme “No matter how far… Egypt brings us closer.”

Madbouli conveyed greetings from President Abdel Fattah ElSisi, and emphasised the government’s commitment to supporting Egyptians overseas and enabling their participation in national development.

The prime minister highlighted the patriotic role of Egyptians abroad, noting their contributions through remittances and investments that have strengthened Egypt’s resilience amid recent global economic challenges.

He also outlined the government efforts to expand opportunities, incentives and services for expatriates, ensuring their integration into Egypt’s ongoing development.

The premier reviewed Egypt’s response to regional and international crises, including energy supply disruptions and inflation, and expressed confidence in the economy’s ability to return to positive growth indicators.

He pointed to the progress achieved in education, health, industry, agriculture and urban expansion, and stressed that comprehensive development continues across all sectors.

The prime minister concluded by reaffirming the state’s determination to intensify communication with Egyptians abroad, facilitate services and strengthen their role in Egypt’s progress, underscoring that they remain an integral part of the nation’s achievements.
