Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli listened to a detailed explanation from Transport Minister Kamel el Wazir about the conference of the 5th Smart Transport, Infrastructure & Logistics Fair & Forum for the MEA Region (TransMEA), which is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi which opened today and runs for four days.

During the proceedings of the conference, Wazir also said that this site includes protection and insurance cranes manufactured by the Marine Industries Authority, along with the goods transport vehicles, that are manufactured by the
the Railway Equipment Factory (SEMAF), an affiliate to the Arab Organization for Industrialization in Helwan.

He further referred to the electric line, which stretches from Adly Mansour to the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The minister also inspected several electric buses, which are currently being operated in the NAC along with buses powered by natural gas and are totally manufactured in Egypt.

He hoped that all means of transportation, especially the monorail and metro trains, will be manufactured in the Egyptian factories.
