Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli asserted the industry file has now a top priority as well as the increase of production and exportation.
The premier added that efforts are focused on expanding industrial zones to attain the goals.
Madbouli said that the Public Authority for Industrial Development is the only body authorized to deal with investors to facilitate procedures.
Madbouli’s remarks came at a meeting, which was held to probe a number of expansion chances in industrial zones in the government’s premises in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) on Thursday.
Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development Minister of Industry and Transport Kamel el Wazir attended the meeting.
