CAIRO – CEO of Egypt’s Sovereign Fund Ayman Soliman said that the plans of developing Tahrir Complex have started more than a year ago, saying that these plans and the partnership agreement, reached for this target, is seen as unique.
Speaking to Extra News satellite channel, Soliman said all the investment potentials were carefully considered to lure investors on taking the decision of pumping investments into such development project.
Earlier this year, an agreement signed with the winning consortium to develop and rehabilitate the Tahrir Complex included pumping investments of about LE3.5 billion within two years from the date the contracting company has received the building.
