CAIRO – The Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Centre (IDSC) asserted overpopulation problem is a big challenge to all countries at present, including developing and developed states.
Now, the international community is in dire need of facing and overcoming this pressing problem, given the fact that it has economic, social and cultural effects on the countries and hinder their efforts to achieve development, the center said in an information report Thursday on overpopulation.
The centre underscored the importance of raising the awareness of people to know more about recent changes and their new conditions, according to the report.
