The opening session of Sudan’s neighbors summit, called for by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to contain the Sudanese crisis, wound up on Thursday.
Presidents of Sudan’s neighboring countries together with head of the African Union commission and Arab League Secretary General took part in the summit.
President Sisi reiterated during the session Egypt’s keenness on boosting Sudanese brothers to overcome the current ordeal.
Following the end of the opening session, behind-closed meetings ensued.
