Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Abbas Helmy issued a decision assigning Engineer Yahya Zakaria to head the Board of Directors of EgyptAir Holding Company to replace pilot Amr Abu Al-Enein, who submitted his resignation.
Zakaria was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering.
Zakaria, in his capacity as Chairman of the General Assembly of EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering Company, issued a decision assigning Engineer Walid Al-Khafeef to carry out the duties of the head of the maintenance company.
