Egyptian Minister of Education Tarek Shawki issued a decree appointing Abdel Raouf Allam as Chairman of the Supreme Council of Trustees, Parents and Teachers at the level of the republic.
Allam, who succeeds Eng. Ahmed Kamal, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Alexandria governorate, was formerly head of the Board of Trustees, Parents and Teachers in Cairo.
He has also held the post of Vice President of the Private School Owners Association, also at the level of the republic.
