CAIRO – The National Alliance for Civil Development Work announced launching social initiatives in various governorates at LE625m on the anniversary of the June 30 revolution and the advent of Eid el-Adha.
This comes in line with directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the alliance said in a statement on Thursday.
The alliance offered greetings to the Egyptian people and state on the June 30 anniversary.
The initiatives – to last until mid July – include offering financial support, meat, foodstuffs, and clothes to needy people ahead of Eid el-Adha.
The alliance said the initiatives are meant to support most needy people, stressing keenness to proceed with social protection plan until the end of 2022.
The alliance – launched in March 2022 – comprises 24 civil, service and development associations.
