Minister of State for Military Production Salah Suleiman Gomblat has reaffirmed the importance of maintaining production and advancing the localisation of modern manufacturing technologies.
This came as he conducted an inspection visit to Abu Zaabal Engineering Industries Company (Factory 100), on Monday.
The minister said that serious work and continued production are essential to boosting national industrial capabilities and supporting efforts to localise advanced technologies, in line with directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to increase production rates.
During the tour, Gomblat inspected a number of production lines and reviewed workflow and the technical efficiency of equipment to ensure smooth operations and achieve the highest performance levels.
The minister also met with workers across various production sites, urging them to intensify efforts and work collectively to maintain uninterrupted production according to the highest quality standards.
He stressed the importance of adhering to regular maintenance schedules for machinery, following occupational safety and health procedures, and maximising efforts to improve productivity, performance and operational efficiency.
