Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah El Din on Thursday inspected Helwan Company for Engineering Industries (Factory 99) where he followed up on the implementation of pervious directives for the company.
Salah El Din gave instructions for abiding by the set deadlines for finalizing the company’s projects while preserving the highest quality standards in the production process.
The minister also issued directives to apply standards and codes related to fire safety, storage, and maintenance, while complying with occupational health and safety procedures that ensure the provision of a safe work environment.
Helwan Company for Engineering Industries manufactures ammunition of all kinds, as well as a variety of civil products such as (fire extinguishers, gas cylinders and their regulators, Freon charging cylinders, tableware and kitchen utensils made of Stainless steel.
The company also participates in carrying out several national projects aimed at achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs).
