In a move to deepen international military cooperation and showcase Egypt’s national progress, the Egyptian Armed Forces organized a comprehensive visit for members of the accredited Arab and foreign military attaché corps to the Egyptian Military Academy and several strategic development sites.

The visit, held under the directives of the General Command of the Armed Forces, reflects Egypt’s ongoing commitment to strengthening military ties and fostering mutual understanding with friendly and allied nations.

At the Egyptian Military Academy, the delegation viewed a detailed documentary highlighting the institution’s history, mission, and future vision. Attendees toured the academy’s state-of-the-art educational facilities and were introduced to advanced teaching methods and technologies employed in the training of future military leaders.

The itinerary also included a tour of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital—a symbol of the nation’s ongoing transformation and ambition. Delegates observed a range of national mega projects, emphasizing Egypt’s growing influence and stature on the global development stage.

Another key highlight was a visit to the Suez Canal Authority, where the delegation received a detailed briefing on the sophisticated management and operations system that governs one of the world’s most vital maritime corridors. The visit concluded with the signing of several strategic agreements between the Authority and major international firms aimed at optimizing canal performance and expanding global partnerships.

At the close of the visit, members of the military attaché corps expressed their appreciation for Egypt’s hospitality and the transparency of the engagements. They commended the professionalism of the Egyptian Armed Forces and acknowledged the importance of such initiatives in fostering military collaboration and understanding Egypt’s broader national development efforts.

This visit marks a significant step in Egypt’s strategy to position itself as a regional leader not only in defense but in sustainable development and international cooperation.
