Egypt on Monday launched a land bridge of humanitarian and medical aid to Sudan under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The president urged the provision of all possible support to the Sudanese people in the light of the repercussions of the flooding that swept through several regions in Sudan.
The land bridge comprises 90 trucks loaded with food, medicine, humanitarian and medical aid for the Sudanese people.
The operation of the land bridge came under the directives of President Sisi to help alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people and to confirm the strength of Egyptian-Sudanese relations.
