Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli toured on Sunday the PepsiCo’s Cairo Business Services (CBS) Hub during the inauguration of a number of global companies operating in the outsourcing domain.
Madbouli listened to a presentation from CEO of the company Mohamed Shelbaya on the shared services center, saying it began operating in Egypt in 2020 with only 20 staffers but by the end of the current year it will reach 460 in seven different technological specializations, including information technology, sales, human resources, marketing and consumer researches, supply chain and financial planning.
The center offers its services in Arabic, English, French and German languages, he added.
He referred to the cooperation agreement signed by the company and Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to expand in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services through PepsiCo’s Cairo Business Services (CBS) Hub.
