Madbouli: Arab leaders meeting in Alamein important message conveying Arab coordination

EL ALAMEIN, Egypt – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said the brotherly meeting held in the northern new city of El-Alamein grouping President Abdel Fatah El Sisi, King Abdullah II of Jordan, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa and Iraq’s Prime Minister Moustafa al-Kadhemi came as part of promoting Arab coordination vis-à-vis a host of various issues.
During a Cabinet meeting Thursday, the prime minister said the summit also aimed at underling the importance of historical ties binding Egypt with its sisterly Arab countries.
The meeting dwelt upon brotherly Arab relations and various aspects of joint co-operation, as the leaders renewed their support for endeavors aimed at consolidating security, peace, stability and joint co-operation at the various levels.
Madbouli referred to the 3rd edition of Logos Coptic Youth Forum 2022 in Wadi el-Natroun, in northern Egypt, which was organized by the Ministry of Emigration and Expatriates’ Affairs under the theme “Back to Roots” and opened by Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese on Sunday.
The forum is attended by 200 young Coptic expats from all over the world and is meant to promote young people’s sense of belonging to the motherland, get them connected to their Egyptian Coptic roots and keep them abreast of State efforts meant to build up the New Republic. It also seeks to establish a link among all Coptic Orthodox youths across the globe and help them exchange expertise.
Also, Madbouli referred to a recent meeting held to follow up on progress in the implementation of the National Family Development Project, with the aim of pressing ahead with efforts to realise all aspects of comprehensive and sustainable development.
