The Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, has opened its doors for admission at postgraduate studies and research programmes for the academic year 2023/2024, starting August 1 until the 31th of the same month, said Dr Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Al-Alsun Faculty.
For his part, Dr Ashraf Attia, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, explained that the programmes include: Postgraduate Diploma in Linguistics, Literature and Translation, Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and Interpretation in English, French and Chinese Departments, Postgraduate Diploma in Translation Technology in the English Department, and PhD programme in Languages, Literature, and translation.
The admission tests are scheduled to be held on September 4 to 7, 2023.
Oral exams for all departments will be held on September 11, 2023, a statement by the faculty said.
