Egyptian Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hani Sewilam said his ministry is keen to expand the use of environmentally-friendly materials in all the projects it implements.
This came during a meeting held by the minister with a number of senior water officials to discuss the existing research studies meant to rehabilitate canals and install bridges in eco-friendly ways as part of the research plan of the National Water Research Centre.
