Egypt’s Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hani Sewilam stressed the utmost keenness of Egypt on boosting cooperation with different world countries in the field of water management.
The minister’s remarks came at a meeting with Peruvian Ambassador to Egypt José Rivera on Saturday.
Sewilam said Egypt seeks to promote cooperation with Peru in the water domain.
Technicians from the Egyptian and Peruvian sides will communicate regarding all issues of mutual concern.
They will prepare a proposal for a memorandum of understanding between the two countries in the water sphere.
Rivera asserted his country’s greater interest in exchanging experiences with Egypt in water resources.
