II. Quotation Requirements
Project Budget: EGP 4,300,000 (Egyptian Pounds).
Supplier quotations must not exceed the project budget.
III. Qualification Application Period and Venue
1.Application Period: October 6–13, 2025 (08:30–17:30)
2.Application Address: Investment Service Center, The Third Sector, North-West Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, Ain Sokhna, Suez
IV. Supplier Qualification Requirements
1.Suppliers must be legally registered enterprises with independent legal person status, and must submit valid Commercial Registration Certificates and Tax Cards when bidding.
2.Suppliers participating in this procurement shall be equipped with competent project management and technical teams, and must provide CVs and qualification certificates of key personnel.
V. Submission of Response Documents
1.The bidding documents must be delivered to the designated location before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2.Postal submissions will not be accepted for this procurement.
3.Submission Deadline: 10:00 AM, October 14, 2025
VI. Selection Principle
This project adopts the lowest price method. Among the suppliers meeting all qualification conditions, technical parameters, and after-sales service requirements, the one offering the lowest one-time quotation will be selected as the supplier.
If two or more valid lowest quotations are identical, the supplier will be determined by drawing lots.

VIII. Other Instructions
1.Joint bids are not accepted for this project.
