The Egyptian Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is keen on overcoming all challenges and obstacles facing investors.
This is a top priority at the IDA, said its deputy chairman Hazem Anan during a meeting with members of the 6th of October Investors Association earlier Sunday.
He was speaking on behalf of IDA chairman Mohamed Abdel Kerim.
The IDA is always acting to upgrade services offered to business people, Anan said, stressing that direct communication with representatives of the industrial society is important.
Anan spoke of two mechanisms to allocate industrial lands: online through a portal that provides all transparent information about investment opportunities at industrial zones or through a committee formed to collect and check requests of serious investors.
