In collaboration with GrEEK Campus, the leading innovation and technology park in Cairo, Egypt, Huawei is set to organise an in-person interactive and informative workshop for mobile application developers. As the first among a series of workshops, it will be held in a classroom setting and blend theoretical and practical learning. It is a golden opportunity for mobile application developers seeking to learn new skills and explore techniques to integrate Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) kits into an existing Android application or create a new application using Huawei tools.

‏The workshop will cover comprehensive aspects of app development integrating HMS kits, related to Ads, Analytics, Maps and much more. Through this series, Huawei aims to equip developers in Egypt and across the world with the resources and tools to design innovative and unique applications.

‏Discussing the significance of the workshop series, Adam Xiao, Managing Director of Huawei Mobile Services MEAI, Huawei Consumer Business Group, said, “Huawei will continue to roll out new developer training programs and workshops to empower youth and entrepreneurs worldwide.

These workshops directly support the professional growth of developers to acquire new skills, tap into new customer segments, and be an integral part of the global Huawei Developer Community.”

The participants will receive digital certificates on completion of the workshop. Addtionally they are also invited to join the Huawei Developer Group chapter, and connect with 5.1 million registered developers, and industry experts worldwide, to acquire new skills.

Sharing his views on the collaboration with HMS, Ahmed El Alfi, Founder and Chairman at GrEEK Campus, stated, “We are at the heart of innovation, technology and creativity in Egypt. Partnering with Huawei will add to our prestige, and also allow Egyptian developers to hone their skills from one of the best in the industry.”
