As part of the state’s ongoing commitment to ensuring adequate housing for all citizens, the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative continues to achieve substantial progress in the national housing sector.
The programme has now exceeded a total of 1.04 million housing units designed to serve low-income individuals across the country.
To date, 789,391 units have been completed, including 620,362 units in new cities and 169,029 units in other governorates.
An additional 215,465 units are currently under construction, while 36,016 units are being offered to citizens.
The initiative has also advanced homeownership opportunities through its mortgage finance programme, benefiting approximately 689,000 citizens, with total financing reaching LE101 billion, complemented by LE10.4 billion in cash support.
These measures facilitate homeownership and contribute to improving the quality of life for citizens across all governorates.
The state remains committed to expanding access to affordable housing and supporting sustainable urban development nationwide.
