CAIRO – Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar headed Monday for Paris to attend the International Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in the Arab States.
The two-day international conference, to kick off tomorrow, will be held at UNESCO’s premises.
Abdel Ghaffar, who also heads the Egyptian National Commission for UNESCO, will deliver Egypt’s speech during the conference.
He will also discuss the amended Arab agreement and its goals along with the general rules of the recognition of higher education and its certificates.
