Egypt’s Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar asserted the state has been paying greater attention to Kafr el Sheikh governorate in recent years, with special focus on the health sector.
The governorate saw the fulfillment of many development and new construction projects, which mainly contributed to offering quality medical services to citizens, added Abdel Ghaffar.
The minister’s remarks came at a meeting with Kafr el Sheikh Governor Gamal Noureddin at the beginning of his expanded field visit to the governorate to inspect a number of medical facilities on Saturday.
That came within the framework of a series of field tours made by the minister regularly nationwide to follow upon the work progress and the provision of medical services for citizens, in addition to removing any challenges immediately.
The meeting discussed the work system in medical facilities in Kafr el Sheikh.
Noureddin commended greater achievements made on the ground in the health sector in the governorate.
