CAIRO – The Cabinet’s Media Centre denied reports on detecting Cholera cases in a number of governorates.
In a statement on Wednesday, the centre said it communicated with the Ministry of Health and Population, which refuted such news.
No Cholera infections were detected in the country, it added.
Such reports are meant to disrupt public order and trigger outrage, the statement said.
It urged all citizens not to be deceived by such reports and to immediately contact the ministry if they have any query.
