Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry had one-on-one talks Tuesday with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on the sidelines of meetings of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) in Geneva.
The talks focused on bilateral relations, said spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid.
The top diplomats also discussed the war in Gaza and the threat of the conflict spreading to the region, Abu Zeid added.
