Egypt’s Finance Minister Mohamed Maait issued a decision on Thursday setting explanation regulations governing customs tariff.
The regulations go in line with the best international practices and the new system launched by the World Customs Organization to cope with economic changes and simplify procedures for those who deal with the customs system.
The explanation regulations also contribute to limiting disputes and facilitating procedures at customs outlets under the national project to upgrade and automate customs management, Maait added.
