Environment, emigration ministries hold meeting to prepare for ‘Egypt Can With Industry’ conf.

CAIRO – Environment Minister Yasmine Fouad and Minister of State of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Nabila Makram on Saturday held a coordination meeting as part of arrangements for the sixth edition of “Egypt Can” conferences.

The series of conferences are held under the theme “Egypt Can With Industry” under the sponsorship of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and in cooperation with the Trade and Industry Ministry and a number of ministries concerned.

Fouad commended ongoing cooperation between the ministries of environment and immigration.

The ministry is ready for offering support and participating in “Egypt Can” conferences as part of preparations for Egypt’s hosting of a UN climate change conference (COP27), she said.

For her part, Makram paid tribute to fruitful and ongoing cooperation with the environment ministry in a number of important files and in implementation of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives .
