CAIRO – Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has reviewed a report submitted by Culture Minister Nevine El Kilany on cultural events organised in Menofia, Menya and Beni Suef governorates under the presidential “Decent Life” initiative.
The premier reiterated that the events, organized on Nov. 12-24, were important to promote culture for citizens, particularly youth.
Madbouli underlined the need to increase the number of such events in all governorates covered by the presidential initiative.
For her part, El Kilany said the activities, which included 143 events targeting over 18 million citizens, were part of the Culture Ministry’s efforts on supporting development in Egypt and raise awareness among all categories of citizens.
