ZURICH – Egypt advanced four positions to reach number 35 in FIFA’s world football ranking for April after placing 39 last month.
The national team ranks fifth among African countries, after Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia and Algeria and fourth among Arab countries after Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.
Argentine leads top four, ahead of France, Brazil and Belgium.
