The government has urged factories nationwide to register on the digital platform for supporting manufacturers to access a range of online services aimed at simplifying procedures and improving communication with government agencies, according to a statement issued by the Minidtry of Industry on Saturday.
The platform allows factories to submit and track complaints and inquiries electronically, receive support for struggling businesses and access AI-powered feasibility study services.
It also enables manufacturers to market their products through an industrial products catalog, connect with domestic and international buyers, and register demand for raw materials, machinery and industrial services while receiving offers from local suppliers.
