CAIRO – Egypt’s Ambassador in Moscow Nazih el Nagari on Saturday received a group of Egyptian nationals, who were evacuated from Ukraine through Russia before returning home.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday that the meeting was part of efforts exerted by the embassy over the past weeks to open safe corridors to evacuate stranded nationals fleeing Ukraine.
The evacuees lauded great efforts exerted by both the Egyptian embassy and Russian authorities to help them return home safely.
