NICOSIA/CAIRO – Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry Thursday held tête-à-tête meeting with his Cypriot counterpart Constantinos Kombos in Nicosia.
“Long-lasting friendship and well-established relations between Egypt and Cyprus,” Spokesman for the Egyptian Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid posted on his official account on “X” platform.
During his visit to Nicosia, Shoukry met Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides as well as the Cypriot foreign minister for talks means of boosting bilateral cooperation in all domains and continue intensified political consultation regarding issues of mutual concern, specially the evolving crisis in the Gaza Strip.
