Executive Director of the Egyptian Committee in the Gaza Strip Moen Abu Al-Hussain asserted that the committee responded immediately to the calls and pleas of displaced families after their tents were flooded by rainfall during the first winter storm.
In statements to AlQahera News channel on Saturday, Abu Al-Hussain said that the emergency humanitarian response marks the beginning of the committee’s support for displacement camps in Gaza.
He added that the committee already provided tents to protect the displaced from the rain and further essential services will be delivered to additional camps across the enclave.
