CAIRO – EgyptAir announced that all its flights scheduled for early Friday, 28 April, and afterwards will take off an hour later than previously scheduled as the daylight saving time (summer time) will start to be used in Egypt.
Egypt’s national carrier urged all its customers to review their reservations to check the timings of their flights scheduled to take off from airports across the country.
Clocks will be put forward one hour beginning on the last Friday of April, with the change ending on the last Thursday in October every year.
This means that Egypt’s summer time in 2023 will last from 28 April to 26 October.
