Egypt has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that occurred in the Jordanian capital, Amman, which claimed the life of a Public Security officer and left another injured, reaffirming its firm rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism.
In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Thursday, Egypt also expressed its sincere condolences to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, its leadership, government and people, over the death of the officer and wishing the injured aspeedy recovery.
Egypt also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Jordan in confronting terrorism and extremism in all their forms, expressing its support for the Kingdom’s efforts to safeguard its security and stability and protect the safety of its citizens.
