Egypt has offered its deepest condolences to the United States over the victims of flash flooding caused by the remnants of Hurricane Ida that brought torrential rains.
In a statement late Thursday, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry wished speedy recovery for the wounded.
It stressed Egypt’s solidarity and support for the government and people of the United States in this painful loss.
