Egypt expressed its sincere condolences to the government and people of Japan over the death of former Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda.
In a statement released on Thursday, Egypt’s Foreign Ministry said Fukuda had a distinguished career in politics and diplomacy.
He contributed to strengthening friendship and cooperation between Egypt and Japan, as well as supporting Japan’s partnership with African countries.
