The Egyptian national team have maintained the same position as football’s governing body FIFA have released the latest ranking update for this month, MENA reported.
Egypt maintained its position in the 46th place, coming sixth in the African ranking after Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Nigeria.
FIFA announced on Thursday the monthly classification of the national teams all over the world which didn’t show major changes this month in the first 47 places.
Globally, Belgium retained top spot although they were eliminated from Euro 2020 at the hands of Italy. Euro 2020 winners Italy moved up to the top five behind runners-up England.
