Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has established a special task force within its consular sector to monitor the situation of Egyptian communities in affected areas, amid rapidly evolving developments and rising military escalation in the region.
The ministry announced that the task force will operate around the clock, maintaining constant communication with Egyptian embassies and consulates in the region to provide support and respond to citizens’ needs. Egyptian missions have also been instructed to reactivate and republish their hotline numbers to ensure that citizens can reach them easily.
As part of the new measures, the ministry has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp line for inquiries related to the safety and conditions of Egyptian nationals. The number provided is:

The Foreign Ministry urged Egyptian communities in the region to exercise caution and follow safety instructions issued by local authorities.
