Egypt has strongly condemned the recent Iranian attacks targeting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the State of Kuwait.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates on Wednesday, Egypt described the assaults as a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of these nations, warning that such dangerous escalation threatens the security and stability of the entire region.
The statement reaffirmed Egypt’s full solidarity with Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait, and expressed support for all measures taken by these countries to safeguard their citizens, national resources, and stability. Egypt stressed that the security of Arab states is inseparable from Egyptian and broader Arab national security, rejecting any acts that undermine sovereignty or endanger regional peace.
Egypt also stressed the urgent need to de-escalate tensions and uphold international law to preserve regional stability.
