Egypt has condemned, in the strongest terms, attacks targeting a pipeline in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh and Medina regions.
The attacks constitute a flagrant violation of international law and pose a serious threat to the security and stability of the region, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Egypt reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its unwavering support for the kingdom in confronting all threats to its security, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
It also stressed the need to respect states’ sovereignty and refrain from acts that threaten regional peace and stability.
