CAIRO – Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry discussed on Sunday with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi distinguished relations between Egypt and China and other issues of mutual interest, including the situation in the Gaza Strip.
On his X account, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid said the two ministers held a closed session of talks. There is solid strategic partnership and coordination between Egypt and China for further co-operation, he added.
The two ministers will hold a press conference at the end of their talks.
