The Egyptian-Chinese “Eagles of Civilisation 2026” joint air drills wrapped up after several days of military operations and activities at a number of air bases across the Egypt.
A number of combat aircraft participated in the drills, carrying out a variety of missions involving different types of formations from both sides.
The drills featured a series of theoretical lectures aimed at standardising concepts and coordinating procedures for conducting joint missions.
The participating forces also carried out multiple joint missions involving training on engaging ground targets and defending vital targets, in line with the latest air combat tactics, as well as aerial refuelling operations.
The drills highlighted a high level of professionalism, as well as strong co-ordination and co-operation between the air forces of both countries in managing joint air operations efficiently and effectively.
The drills were conducted as part of the joint training plan of the Armed Forces with friendly countries, aimed at boosting prospects for military co-operation and exchanging expertise between the air forces of the two friendly nations.
