The cabinet media center said Egypt is the second most targeted market for global Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) deals after the US in 2021.
This came in an infograph published on Sunday by the center in accordance to a recent report of Baker McKenzie on Egypt.
According to the report, about 233 deals were struck in 2021 at a total value of US$9.9 billion, marking a 49 percent rise in comparison with 2020. (MENA)
