Egypt’s Minister of Defence and Military Production General Mohamed Zaki left on Tuesday for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) leading a high-ranking military delegation on a several days’ official visit as part of continuous coordination with friendly African states.
During the visit, the minister is due to discuss a number of issues of mutual interest as well as the spheres of the military cooperation between the two countries.
The visit comes as part of the close ties binding the two countries and the sustained military cooperation between their armed forces.
