The Decent Life Foundation announced on Monday that it would restore the house of Egyptian legendary singer Umm Kulthum.
This comes as part of permanent endeavors of the Foundation to develop all aspects of marginalised communities and its belief that preserving the Egyptian arts, culture and heritage is as important as any development activity.
The Foundation said that Umm Kulthum represents the country’s artistic and human heritage and a great history for the entire nation.
