Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have held talks on means of boosting co-operation in civil aviation.
The meeting was held on Monday between Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Abbas and a delegation including representatives from Emirati airline companies.
The minister presented the most important development projects in Egypt’s aviation sector and the ministry’s strategy in developing air transport in all its affiliated companies and associations.
The meeting explored ways to foster co-operation in civil aviation and efforts by both countries to revitalise air traffic.
For their part, the Emirati delegation lauded development breakthrough that Egypt’s aviation sector is witnessing which they regard as promising for attracting further investments.
