An educational coalition comprising the largest private companies specialised in education has been founded, Minister of Social Solidarity Nevine el-Qabbag announced.

The coalition consists of Ennovent, a private company pioneering in the introduction of educational services for preschoolers, and Cira, the largest private company introducing integrated educational service to the Egyptian market, and Nahdet Masr Group, a pioneer in education and capacity-building in the Middle East.

The formation of this coalition comes within the framework of state efforts to encourage the private sector to take part in the development of early childhood sector in Egypt, the minister said.

Early childhood education is facing big challenges as an estimated 1 million pre-school children who are enrolled in nurseries out of a total number 8 million.

The coalition aims to increase the capital of Ennovent  and Cira to expand their  services to launch more early education facilities and develop existing ones nationwide. It also seeks to benefit from the vast expertise that Nahdet Masr Group to upgrade curricula for preschoolers and teacher training.

The coalition will also work on equipping pre-school educational institutions with the necessary tools that allow the inclusion of talented children and those with special needs.

Cira CEO Mohamed El-Qula said that the new partnership has led to the launch of eight new nurseries for 1400 children since 2021with plans for 25 more charging affordable fees for middle income groups.
