Egypt’s Minister of Awqaf Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa Tuesday greeted Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Egyptian people and the Muslim and Arab nations on mid-Sha’ban night.
The minister expressed wishes that this occasion would bring prosperity and tranquility for all the humanity.
Also, he wished that security and peace would prevail across Egypt.
President Sisi has delegated Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal to attend the Awqaf Ministry’s celebration of the Mid-Sha’ban night due to take place at Al Emam El Hussein Mosque in Cairo on Saturday.
It marks the night that God changed the Qibla (the direction which all Muslims face when performing their prayers wherever they are in the world) from the Aqsa Mosque to the Kaaba in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
